4jlph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. If we discover at any time that you do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account.
To access the full features of the 4jlph Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 4jlph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. If 4jlph identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be suspended, any bonuses credited to those accounts will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 4jlph will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
You agree to notify 4jlph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 4jlph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4jlph is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its compliance obligations. You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification documents when requested. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, and Driver's License. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed.
4jlph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals to GCash are typically processed within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may vary and are subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
4jlph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
All transactions on the 4jlph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.
4jlph complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. Players must not use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be immediately suspended and reported to the appropriate authorities.
4jlph offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
4jlph takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other players, and exploiting technical errors or loopholes. 4jlph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
4jlph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of their opt-in, to the extent reasonably practicable.
All games available on the 4jlph Platform that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Our RNG systems are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and compliance with industry standards. The outcome of every spin, hand, roll, or draw is genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, 4jlph reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 4jlph shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a game malfunction, and any winnings generated during a malfunction period may be withheld pending investigation.
If you experience a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. 4jlph is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end. We recommend maintaining a stable internet connection while playing.
Each game on the 4jlph Platform has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted by 4jlph at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4jlph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform; modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform; or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Platform content.
Any unauthorized use of Platform content may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4jlph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
4jlph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 4jlph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4jlph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
4jlph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We use your personal data to verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and improve our services. 4jlph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
